This is a REALLY great opportunity for someone hungry and eager. They are hiring EVERYWHERE and have a great commission on top of the base pay. I was really impressed with this company and their model. The company provides A LOT of backend support (design, legal, financial) to help you focus on business development and managing the project.

I think getting to $200k+/year after commissions is totally feasible within two years in good markets.

Base pay: $120-150k plus equity options

This is a really unique opportunity for someone interested in running their own small business, without the financial risk. 

You will be working with a pair of well-capitalized investors who are looking to buy small businesses, primarily in "flyover states".  This could mean a plumbing business in Iowa or a towing company in Minnesota and anything in between. But don't let the location be a limiting factor.  If they want to work with you, they would be willing to find a business in a location that works best for you. 

They do the work of finding and financing the deal, but then are looking for someone to run the business for them.  They provide "big-picture" and financial support.

Once they find something that matches with you, you can expect to walk into 8% equity, earn another 8% over time, and then 8% for hitting performance measures (all negotiable).
