General Manager, PE-Backed Construction Services Business in Phoenix ($220-225k OTE + Equity)

Looking for a veteran to lead as General Manager in Phoenix at a B2B construction and building services company backed by a top-tier private equity partner.

The backstory:

A few years ago, a smart group of investors started buying up companies in this space. They crushed it. That success led to a partnership with a leading PE fund, and now they’re scaling fast. Think roll-up strategy with a likely 9-figure exit in the next few years.

This location:
- Phoenix is a recent acquisition in a growing portfolio focused on the southern U.S.
- Team size: 40–50
- The previous owner is staying on to support the transition

What’s compelling about this role:
- Real growth potential beyond GM — regional and market leadership roles are likely as the business expands.
